Where Service Is Always Done Right

We’ve built a reputation for being the most responsive and reliable compressed air service company in the Midwest. Our technicians catch problems before they happen, helping our clients protect their equipment and bottom line.

Our team of air compressor technicians service and repair all makes and models of compressed air equipment. While we are an authorized distributor of many of the most trusted names in the industry, such as Champion Pneumatic, Chicago Pneumatic, Hertz Kompressoren, Mikropor and others- we are not limited to selling or servicing equipment only from our partners.

As an independent compressed air system service company, we are dedicated to helping our clients find the products that best fit their needs. Whether that is a custom built compressor from Kobelco or Alkin, or a compressed air dryer from Altec or Pneumatech. In addition, we service and repair a wide range of equipment from Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver, BOGE, Bobcat, and more.

Service Area

Our service area covers 100 mile radius around Johnsburg, Illinois. This stretches from Lee and Ogle Counties to the west, Chicago and Cook County to the East, with a southern border of Grundy and Will Counties to the south. From Chicago to Dixon down to Joliet and to the border of Wisconsin, we’ve got you covered!

Five-Star Service

Great service doesn’t stop after a belt change or leak assessment. Our five-star rating on Google shows we deliver air compressor service that truly makes a difference in our customer’s lives. Our customer service team is second to none- they make sure you are prepared for our visit and are satisfied after. We use CRM software to keep a detailed record of our visit and your equipment. Furthermore, we can help you secure energy rebates and financial incentives from ComEd to upgrade and maintain your compressed air system.

A Word From The President

When I started this company, I made a simple promise: show up for every customer’s compressor the way I’d want them showing up for mine. That promise hasn’t changed. Whether you’re a small auto body shop that can’t afford downtime or a manufacturer running three shift, our team shows up, diagnoses it right the first time, and fixes it to last. We’ve built our reputation one service call at a time, and we don’t cut corners. We do service right. It’s not just a slogan. It’s how we operate every single day.

FAQ

What types of compressed air equipment do you service?

We service all makes and models of compressed air equipment. From rotary screw, reciprocating, scroll, and oil-free air compressors, refrigerated and desiccant air dryers, nitrogen generators, air piping systems, control boards and sequencers, pressure/flow monitoring systems, vacuum pumps, and heat recovery systems.

This includes but its not limited to equipment from Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Quincy, Champion Pneumatic, Sullair, Sullivan-Palatek, Chicago Pneumatic, Gardner Denver, Hertz Kompressoren, Kobelco, BOGE, Bobcat, Alkin, and Ingersoll Rand.

What is your response time for a service call?

Response time depends on the urgency of your situation and proximity to our headquarters in Johnsburg, Illinois. We can dispatch a technician within minutes of receiving your call to address emergency situations, or schedule a technician to arrive in 24-72 hours. We understand that every hour of downtime cost you money, so we act quickly and won’t keep you waiting for weeks like the manufacturer!

Do you offer 24/7 emergency repair?

Yes. Our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you anticipate needing service on weekends, holidays, or outside regular business hours, these expectations are best managed through a service contract or preventative maintenance agreement. Contact us for more details.

Do you offer preventative maintenance agreements?

Yes! We offer a comprehensive program designed to keep your compressed air system running at peak performance based on your unique needs and production schedule. It includes scheduled inspections, filter and fluid changes, and priority scheduling. This keeps your operation running efficiently and predictably, and empowers our customers to be proactive to concerns rather than reactive to breakdowns.

How often should my air compressor be serviced?

We recommend a maintenance schedule based on your facility’s needs, age of equipment, and environmental factors. While many compressors can run smoothly with one or two service calls per year, more demanding operations require quarterly or monthly service calls. Filters, oil, and other parts can wear down quickly when equipment runs around the clock- that’s why every situation is unique, and we tailor each service plan to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
